This policy applies to all users, including enterprise customers whose data is processed under a Master Service Agreement (MSA).

2.2 Development Data

Through integrations with your development tools, we collect:

  • Code commit information (metadata only, not source code)
  • Project management data

Development data includes commit frequency, task completion rates, and collaboration metrics, but excludes proprietary source code. Productivity indicators include time-to-completion and workload distribution.

Our platform integrates with third-party services (GitHub, Jira, Slack, etc.). These integrations are governed by their respective privacy policies. We only access data necessary for providing our analytics services. We ensure third-party integrations comply with our security standards. Enterprise customers may review integration data flows upon request.

Our services are designed for professional use and not intended for personal or consumer purposes.

12. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Significant changes will be notified 60 days in advance for enterprise customers, unless otherwise agreed in your MSA.

13. Data Processing Addendum

Enterprise customers may request a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) to address specific GDPR and CCPA compliance requirements. The DPA supplements this Privacy Policy and your MSA with additional data protection terms.

14. Audit Rights

Enterprise customers may audit Visibli's data practices upon reasonable notice and subject to confidentiality agreements. Audits will be conducted during business hours and will not unreasonably interfere with our operations.

15. Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that affects your information, we will notify affected customers within 72 hours of discovering the breach, or as required by applicable law. Notifications will include details about the nature of the breach and steps being taken to address it.

16. Confidentiality

We handle all enterprise data as confidential information, beyond the security measures described in this policy. This includes implementing access controls, requiring confidentiality agreements from employees, and ensuring proper disposal of confidential information when no longer needed.
